Job Title - Supervisor
Location - Finsbury Park
Salary - £42,000
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our clients team. In this role, you will manage work experience projects and oversee site setups while coordinating with contractors on various projects, from quoting to job coding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee small to large projects with contractors, from quoting works to coding jobs.
- Ensure efficient site setups and planned work experiences.
- Provide coverage for the Voids Supervisor during leave.
- Manage day-to-day repairs with a focus on quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- SSSTS qualification (minimum).
- Proven experience in project management and contractor oversight.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
