Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with a range of SEN, ensuring they have access to a meaningful and enriching education.
  • Assist with tailored learning activities, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Work alongside teachers and other professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide personal care and guidance when required.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging social and emotional development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people, preferably within an SEN setting.
  • A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
