Location: Bury Head Office 3 days, 1 day travelling to other sites in Bury, 1 day WFH per week
Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for driving positive change? Our client are looking for an experienced HR Lead /HR Manager to join their team and play a key role in shaping the future of HR in the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with senior leaders to embed best HR practices across the organisation.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and enhance HR systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on HR matters, supporting their development.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making to align with organisational goals.
- Lead on key HR initiatives, including employee relations, policy development, and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best HR practices.
