Investment Administrator

Full Time - Monday- Friday 9.00-5.30

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to become an integral part of our investment team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting financial advisers and ensuring the efficient management of clients' portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client application forms and investment transactions, ensuring compliance with strict SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Prepare regular operational reports for the board of directors and investment committee.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including producing reports and taking minutes.
  • Liaise effectively with investment advisers, third-party providers, and custodians.
  • Manage and resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues within the investment administration process.
  • Assist the investment manager with both quantitative and qualitative research on model portfolios and their underlying funds.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration, ideally within an investment-focused role.
  • Minimum A-Level qualification.
  • Basic understanding of investment principles and financial products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to pursue relevant professional exams for career progression.
