Investment Administrator
Full Time - Monday- Friday 9.00-5.30
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to become an integral part of our investment team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting financial advisers and ensuring the efficient management of clients' portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client application forms and investment transactions, ensuring compliance with strict SLAs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare regular operational reports for the board of directors and investment committee.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including producing reports and taking minutes.
- Liaise effectively with investment advisers, third-party providers, and custodians.
- Manage and resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues within the investment administration process.
- Assist the investment manager with both quantitative and qualitative research on model portfolios and their underlying funds.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial services administration, ideally within an investment-focused role.
- Minimum A-Level qualification.
- Basic understanding of investment principles and financial products.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to pursue relevant professional exams for career progression.
