This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied caseload, with opportunities for hybrid working and career growth.

Position Overview:The position will involve travel to courts and other offices therefore candidate must have a car available for work use. The role involves running a caseload of divorce/finance and children files.Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.

Key Responsibilities:Run own private caseload and work independently Capability of undertaking a mix of Legal Aid & Private Family work in all areas Ability to use CCMS and have a sound understanding of legal aid criteria
