Role Description:

As an Employment Associate, you will join a dynamic team handling all aspects of employment law for both employees and employers, from litigation to advisory services. You will gain hands-on experience managing a wide range of cases, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims, as well as participating in advocacy work. The role provides early responsibility and exposure to diverse cases, allowing you to develop specialized skills in employment law, negotiation, and settlement tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including litigation and advisory support.
  • Provide legal advice on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
  • Support employers with HR advisory services, including employee handbooks and employment contract drafting.
  • Actively participate in advocacy, representing clients in hearings and disputes.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.
