About Our Client:A leading city centre law firm is looking for experienced Family Law Solicitors (Public Law) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied caseload, with opportunities for hybrid working and career growth.

Position Overview:* Work includes local authority fixed-fee cases, cases where social services have intervened, PLO work, special guardianship, and adoption cases.* Experience Required: Ideally 5 years PQE (flexibility either side)* Responsibilities: You will work closely with a legal assistant who handles all non-fee-earning tasks. Administrative support is shared across solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:* Be responsible for a caseload of care/public law files* Undertake own advocacy * Run own caseload and work independently* Providing support/training to the team as required

What We're Looking For:* Attributes: Active on LinkedIn and professional networks, ideally with some connections in the family law space (court staff, guardians, etc.). Networking skills are essential for maintaining a strong client base.* Background: Open to various backgrounds, though prior experience in public family law is preferred. Candidates with experience in special guardianship, leave to adopt, or local authority work are encouraged to apply.
