We are currently recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator, someone with strong administration, organisation, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You may have experience within a project team, or technical administration, or, this could suit a driven Graduate. This could be the right opportunity for you to succeed in your career.

You will have an enthusiastic, proactive and professional approach to work and be able to use your initiative. You will have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels from senior stakeholders to technical site engineers.

The Role incorporates:

• Acting as first point of contact within the project office, answering incoming calls

• A collaborative team ethic and supportive environment

• Handling technical administration and documentation for multiple site projects

• Supporting with quotations and pulling together fee proposal and tender documentation using formalised templates

• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and contractors by email and telephone

• Scheduling appointments for the site surveyors and project managers

• Support the tracking of project progress

• Customer relationship management

• Planning, scheduling and organisation of workloads

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience within a similar project co-ordination role or have related administration skills and experience

• Strong command of Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Experience in construction, engineering or fire and security would be an advantage

• Strong work ethic, whether demonstrated within University studies or gained within a hands on busy role
