You will be working collaboratively with Sales / Design / Manufacturing departments to ensure effective production flow in-line with schedule and customer demands and compliance is maintained.
Job description
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Design, and Manufacturing departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Complete Type Approval documentation and 2nd stage certification of conformity to both European and GB Small Series Type Approval.
- Handle manufacturers' online WLTP emissions documentation to ensure accurate values on 2nd stage approval certificates.
- Conduct final weight calculations for mass in running order of vehicles and input data to complete Final Inspection sheets.
- Create Statutory Vin plate labels and ensure their fitment to vehicles at the final PDI stage.
- Liaise with dealerships and customers regarding 2nd stage certificates.
- Assist the company with any other issues related to Type Approval documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in compliance is essential with experience in the vehicle conversion or manufacturing industry desirable
- Understanding of Conformity of Production is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, evolving, and demanding environment.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a methodical, organised manner.
