Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our client's team on a permanent, full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct recruitment compliance checks, ensuring all documentation and procedures meet industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records for all employees.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including the processing of contracts, right-to-work checks, and background screening.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients to manage compliance issues and provide solutions.
  • Assist in audits and provide reports as required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in recruitment compliance or a recruitment background is highly desirable.
