Daily Rate: £90 - £110 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:We are looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic schools in Bury. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the classroom in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for students. This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with young people or a desire to gain experience in education.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support students in completing pre-set tasks during teacher absences- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students stay on task- Assist with minor classroom management and answer questions within the lesson plan scope- Provide feedback on student performance to the regular teacher- Uphold school policies and promote a positive learning atmosphere

Requirements:- Previous experience in a school or working with young people is desirable- Strong communication and organisational skills- Confidence in managing a classroom independently- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
