Are you an experienced SEN Primary Teacher with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Watford, looking for a full-time SEN Teacher to join their team from September (opportunity to start sooner)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where your expertise and dedication will have a real impact on pupils' learning, development, and confidence.

The Role:

• Full-time SEN Teacher - September 2025 start
• Work closely with children who have a range of special educational needs (including ASD, SEMH, SLCN, and MLD)
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
• Collaborate with SENCOs, Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Proven experience teaching children with SEN in a primary setting
• A strong understanding of effective strategies to support diverse needs
• Passionate about inclusion and dedicated to nurturing the potential in every pupil
• Calm, patient, adaptable, and proactive in approach
