Registered Manager

Are you an Experienced Registered Manager of Domiciliary Care? If so, we’ve got a great opportunity to lead a small but quality focused domiciliary care provision in Buxton, that supports vulnerable adults in the High Peak area.

You’ll manage the existing care provision and look to develop it, they have mostly private clients but they are also on the framework so there is the potential for growth.

With a stable, capable staff team in place and a good track record with CQC and LA’s, this will be a lovely branch for somebody to walk into. The company has a handful of other care services, so this post would be great for you if you like working for small and friendly, non-corporate organisations where you benefit from having autonomy, being able to implement your own ideas easily and reporting directly to the Director.

There's an attractive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 on offer for this Domiciliary Care Manager position.

The Registered Manager Role

• You’ll oversee the day to day management of all operations within the branch, managing CQC compliance, supporting and leading the staff team, managing the finances and liaising with clients, their families and their healthcare professionals.
• You’ll ensure that all Care Assessments, Reviews, Risk Assessment, medication charts and other paperwork are completed to a high standard and audited regularly.
• You’ll look to develop the hours through their framework status, taking on new clients and ensuring that staff are recruited n order to meet the growing provision.

Who would this role suit?

• It’sEssential that you’re an Experienced Registered Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager who has managed a homecare branch previously. We’d be happy to consider applications from very experienced Deputy Manager’s, particularly if you have acted as Branch Manager and you can demonstrate a good knowledge of CQC standards.

• A track record in growing a domiciliary care agency.

• A determination to succeed and a confident, caring manner.

• QCF5 / NVQ 4 in leadership and management of social care

• Driver with own vehicle
