Description

The role is HR Manager will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Head of HR for this very well established and highly successful division of a prestigious brand.

You will act as strategic partner to key stakeholders at this flagship manufacturing plant and take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive, generalist and commercial HR service.

This will include but not limited to -

  • Implement and continually review HR policies, initiative and projects to support group objectives
  • Working with leadership to deliver on talent attraction, development and succession planning
  • Lead on early careers activities
  • Promote a culture of consistency, equality, and fairness in the handling of employee relations matters, challenging stakeholders where appropriate
  • Coaching and support of line managers regarding people matters
  • Main point of contact for union representatives on-site
  • Provide relevant HR data, KPIs and reports
  • Coordinate annual performance reviews

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar generalist HR Manager role, ideally within a similar sector.
