Description
- Provide daily administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Handle all forms of correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Organise, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials for meetings and projects.
- Ensure smooth communication within the department and with other departments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- A strong academic background in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Job Offer
- An hourly wage of approximately 13 GBP, with a range of 10% above and below.
