Our client, a well-established business based in Caerphilly, is looking for a Transport Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market-leading company, coordinating a team of skilled engineers and ensuring the efficient delivery of service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both mobile and workshop-based engineers, ensuring service calls, breakdowns, and repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Prioritise and allocate job tasks effectively, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Ensure key performance indicators (OEM & in-house KPIs) are consistently achieved.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and service engineers, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem resolution.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using digital systems to manage schedules and service reports
  • Previous experience in service control, team coordination, or scheduling in transport refrigeration, commercial vehicles, or the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Hours of Work:8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
