I'm currently looking for a Housing Manager to join one of the largest Housing Associations in South Wales, on a 5 month FTC with the possibility to go permeant after.

Salary: 50k

Housing Manager responsibilities:

  • To assist the Neighbourhood Services Manager in the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Neighbourhood Services Team
  • You will assume direct line management responsibility for a team of regional Neighbourhood Managers, Community Safety Officers and administrators
  • Deliver high standard to customer service recognising the diverse needs
  • Control workload and duties to relevant tenants and dealing with anti-social behaviour

Housing Manager requirements:

  • Excellent level of housing law and practice knowledge including anti-social behaviour and enforcement
  • Excellent understanding of the principles of sustainable tenancies including the effects of Adverse childhood experiences and conflict resolution
  • Ability to problem solve creatively and analytical in approach
  • Ability to manage time & tasks effectively, work well under pressure both individually and in a team to deadlines, delegating appropriately
