Housing Manager responsibilities:
- To assist the Neighbourhood Services Manager in the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Neighbourhood Services Team
- You will assume direct line management responsibility for a team of regional Neighbourhood Managers, Community Safety Officers and administrators
- Deliver high standard to customer service recognising the diverse needs
- Control workload and duties to relevant tenants and dealing with anti-social behaviour

Housing Manager requirements:
- Excellent level of housing law and practice knowledge including anti-social behaviour and enforcement
- Excellent understanding of the principles of sustainable tenancies including the effects of Adverse childhood experiences and conflict resolution
- Ability to problem solve creatively and analytical in approach
- Ability to manage time & tasks effectively, work well under pressure both individually and in a team to deadlines, delegating appropriately
