Are you an experienced 2nd Line Engineer looking for your next career move and interested in working with a Microsoft Partner? If so, keep reading.

You'll be designing and delivering cloud solutions to new and existing customers, providing additional cloud expertise in supporting and delivering public cloud technologies such as Office 365 & Azure. In addition, you will be one of our technical engineers, leading varied IT delivery projects.

Day to day you'll:

  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and deal with escalations from our team of IT Technicians

You'll have experience of:

  • Deploying and supporting Office 365 solutions
  • Implementing Microsoft Azure (IaaS) solutions & Windows Server Technologies including Virtualisation
  • Configuring/supporting storage area networks
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Excellent telephone manners and communications skills with a strong customer service focus
