As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the conveyancing department, handling a varied caseload while contributing to the firm’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing high-quality client service and maintaining strong relationships with referrers and stakeholders.
- Supporting the wider team and offering guidance to junior conveyancers and support staff.
- Contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth strategy, with potential for leadership and departmental influence.
About You
- A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive) with a strong background in residential property.
- Confident handling complex transactions with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about developing a team and being part of a firm that is expanding rapidly.
- Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
