We are looking to recruit for an Aftersales Technical Advisor who will be responsible for dealing with aftersales activities relating to product warranty and technical support.
Duties* Support customers and field service engineers in the swift resolution of product and system related technical enquiries or warranty claims by telephone and email.* Maintain proactive and regular contact with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction with the solution provided.* Provide an innovative and technically aware approach to problem solving to ensure the correct product application and operation.* Provide management with regular updates on tasks/resolution status and complete surveys and technical reports as necessary.* Provide excellent customer service by being helpful, professional, and courteous at all times.Skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word * Demonstrated commercial awareness.* Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.* Good organisation and time management skills.* Understanding of electrical motors and or mechanical applications and controls systems.* A full current driving licence.* (An 18th Edition electrical qualification is desirable.)
