Finance Assistant (Temporary) – Caerphilly – Hybrid - Pay Rate up to £16.25 Per Hour + Holiday Pay 

Môrwell Talent Solutions is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our client, a well-respected Not-For-Profit organisation based in Caerphilly.

This temporary role is designed to support the finance team during Year-End and a period of increased workload. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the organisation’s financial integrity by handling administrative and reconciliation tasks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate cash book entries
  • Perform bank reconciliations with precision
  • Support the team with finance-related queries
  • Assist with other finance tasks as required to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Finance Assistant role (preferably within the Not-For-Profit sector)
  • Strong understanding of cashbook management and bank reconciliation processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and finance software
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team
  • Available to start ASAP and comfortable working on a hybrid basis
