PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Support Officer, Project co-ordinator, hybrid

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Hybrid role: 3 days p/w expected on site

Our client, a leading large corporate organisation based in Stirling, Scotland, are looking for an enthusiastic PMOAnalyst to join their team. They are seeking somebody with a strong background in financialservices, someone who has knowledge of project and programme management and somebody with brilliant communication skills and is flexible.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide quality assurance checking of project or program data, provide reports and trend analysis and ensure all is accurate information.
  • Handle the processes that ensure we are applying governance to our project change orders and project life cycle properly.
  • Create regular reports for Project and Program Managers and the PMO Manager/ Change Portfolio lead.
  • Help to keep program and project governance and standards on track by making sure data and reports are accurate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the program to help deliver projects effectively.

The candidate ideally must:

  • Have knowledge of project office industry best practice and methodology.
  • Have knowledge of project and programme management industry best practice and methodology.
  • Be currently working towards or have an interest in project management qualifications. For example, Prince2, APMP and ISEB.
  • Experience working within a Financial Services Organisation.
