You will work to help align the business HR strategies with business goals, utilising specialist advice and data to drive insights, employee engagement and organisational performance. As part of your remit, you will engage with the trade union, produce contractual changes, develop employment-related policies, procedures and guidance. You will develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing leadership on complex case management, managing risk and ensuring compliance with employment laws. What you'll need to succeedPrior experience operating at Business Partner level is essential, combining technical excellence, with strong leadership abilities and a natural affinity for communicating with all levels of the organisation. You will have sound legislative, framework and legal knowledge, with experience of working within a unionised environment a plus. You will be flexible in your approach, comfortable working across a broad remit, dealing with change and transformation.
