Role Responsibilities

  • Prioritise queries and offer a best-in-class service to clients
  • Identification of the cause of queries received
  • Provide an in-depth and consultative management approach with regard to resolution plans for clients when receiving queries
  • Understand the nature of non-support queries and escalate them to the relevant departments internally
  • Supporting clients closely on the status of their queries
  • Maintaining the support logs following company policy with all actions updated clearly and efficiently
  • Escalating any issues identified during day-to-day activities to Management

Role Requirements

  • Knowledge of Financial Accounting reporting is a must-have
  • Experience in the Real Estate market is desirable
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a client-facing role
  • Exposure to working / sound knowledge of property management systems
