I am exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning company known for its exceptional employee culture. This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the Finance Director and will oversee the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams, which consist of two team leaders and transactional staff. You will drive process improvements and enhance financial controls to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

About the job:

  • Lead and develop the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
  • Support cash management and forecasting
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and effective debt collection
  • Oversee the annual audit process
  • Work with GL and FP&A teams to align coding structures
  • Motivate and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes to strengthen controls or enhance efficiency
  • Ensure up-to-date monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage robust treasury and forecasting processes

About You:

  • Experience managing and developing large finance teams
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements in a shared services environment
  • Experience in a large international or group company is preferred
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
