We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive focused on driving sales through cold calling. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in telesales, particularly those experienced in selling services rather than products.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Engage in cold calling to sell services directly to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication.
- Identify decision-makers within businesses to pitch and sell services.
- Utilise Sales Force or other CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on direct sales without the primary need for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities.
- Manage sales data in organised manner and schedule sales activity appropriately
- Proven experience in telesales, ideally with a background in service sales
- Strong ability to sell and close deals over the phone
- Experience using CRM systems such as Sales Force
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
