What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering tailored lessons to inspire and support children with SEND, using innovative and creative approaches.
- Designing engaging activities like art, gardening, and sensory play to encourage learning and personal development.
- Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes inclusion and independence.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest quality teaching and learning for all students.
- Monitoring progress, setting targets, and providing clear feedback to pupils and parents.
- Playing an active role in the school’s ethos, including assemblies and extracurricular activities.

- Deep understanding of how children with SEND learn, including best practices to support their potential.
- Exceptional classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
