Resource Base Teacher / SEND Specialist Teacher - SN11

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering tailored lessons to inspire and support children with SEND, using innovative and creative approaches.
  • Designing engaging activities like art, gardening, and sensory play to encourage learning and personal development.
  • Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes inclusion and independence.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest quality teaching and learning for all students.
  • Monitoring progress, setting targets, and providing clear feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Playing an active role in the school’s ethos, including assemblies and extracurricular activities.
