We're looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our independent estate agency. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to enhance our digital presence and property marketing.
The Role: Working 20 flexible hours per week, you'll manage our digital marketing initiatives. This includes creating engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, developing property particulars that capture attention, and working with photographers to showcase our properties at their best. You'll also help implement SEO strategies and analyse our marketing performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who understands the property market and can translate this into engaging content
- Experience in managing social media channels and creating digital content
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Previous estate agency marketing experience
- Graphic design skills
- Experience with paid social advertising and email marketing campaigns
