Job Description:

£30,000 - £32,500 plus annual bonus, 25 days holiday, private medical and dental, gym and cycle scheme, subsidised restaurant, free parking, product discounts. Hybrid working.


This role has been created by the promotion of the present job holder! You will be working with c50 business customers, providing the highest levels of customer service in order to improve sales and strengthen professional relationships.


Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Provide clear, comprehensive and documented resolutions to all customer queries, liaising with colleagues across departments as required.
  • Be pro-active in offering product opportunities, special prices and training.
  • Own your relationship with each customer and be responsible for their success.
  • Track customer sales performance against forecast
  • Visit some customers to conduct annual business reviews

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • We are looking for a customer services professional who lives within a commutable distance of Camberley and can offer:
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience
  • Represented a leading organisation with high customer service standards
  • First class written and oral communication skills
  • Proven experience of developing long-term working relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • IT competent and used to using a CRM
