Look for someone with general production/machine op/assembly experience. Plastics exp. would be preferable.
Are you an experienced Production Operative/Spray shop operative who is looking for a temporary to permanent role within a well-established company who have been in business for over 50 years!
Working Hours:
Mon - Thurs: 7am - 4.30pm, Friday 7am-12pm, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate completion of required paperwork
- Working safely with chemicals stripping rubber from inserts and applying bond to inserts.
- Monitoring machinery and equipment to ensure they are always kept in a fully operational
- Reporting any faults/issues to the Production Team Leader
- Ensuring that your area is kept in a clean and tidy condition
- Problem Solving & Process Improvements
What we need from you:
- Manufacturing experience
- Computer literacy is essential
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Manual handling
- Heavy lifting
