Your role as Semi Senior AuditorThis is an opportunity to play a vital role in delivering high-quality audits and building your technical expertise. As a Semi Senior Auditor, you will:

  • Perform accurate and effective audits of client accounting information under the guidance of experienced leaders, progressing to greater autonomy as your experience grows.
  • Progess to lead moderate-sized assignments, supervising and mentoring junior team members.
  • Assist on larger audits by thoroughly completing allocated sections and supporting the assignment leader.
  • Plan audits by understanding clients' businesses, systems, and controls, identifying risks, and tailoring audit approaches.
  • Conduct and record complex audit tests and perform analytical reviews to a high standard.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and team members to resolve queries and ensure timely assignment delivery.

What you'll need to succeed as a Semi Senior Auditor

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA/ACCA with experience working on audits of varying sizes.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and audit-specific software like Caseware, Sage, and Xero.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A team player who is enthusiastic about mentoring and nurturing junior staff members.
