This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse client portfolio, managing both audit assignments and financial accounts preparation, and taking on increasing responsibility within a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading audits from planning to completion for a diverse client base
- Preparing year-end accounts and financial statements for clients across various sectors
- Reviewing work completed by junior staff and providing mentorship
- Ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards
- Managing client relationships and delivering expert financial advice
- Supporting business development and contributing to the firm's growth
- ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist
- At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
