As an Audit Director, you will play a critical role in leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, managing a team of auditors, and providing strategic guidance to both clients and colleagues.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, support, and mentorshipOversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagementsConduct risk assessments and develop appropriate audit plansReview and evaluate internal controls, identifying areas for improvementEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practicesProvide strategic guidance to clients, assisting them in achieving their financial objectivesStay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional serviceCollaborate with other departments to develop integrated and comprehensive solutions for clientsRequirements:Professional certification such as ACA/ACCAMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial roleIn-depth knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practicesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProven track record of delivering high-quality audit servicesStrong business acumen and strategic thinking
