Audit Partner CambridgeHybridUp to £150,000

We are pleased to be representing our client, an ambitious and growing accountancy firm that, due to continued growth, is looking to establish a new audit department and therefore it's first Audit Partner Position.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the firm's new audit function and strategy.
  • Work with senior colleagues in furthering the goals and ambitions of the firm, particularly in the provision of a new high quality service, and to develop new business.
  • Grow the audit team through recruitment, mentorship and professional development.
  • Oversee the delivery of the audit function including expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Act as Responsible Individual on new engagements.

Personal Requirements

  • ACA/ ACCA qualified with RI status.
  • Technically extensive audit experience.
  • Proficient with Iris, BrightPay and Staffology.
  • Proven leadership capability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
