Audit Partner CambridgeHybridUp to £150,000
We are pleased to be representing our client, an ambitious and growing accountancy firm that, due to continued growth, is looking to establish a new audit department and therefore it's first Audit Partner Position.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's new audit function and strategy.
- Work with senior colleagues in furthering the goals and ambitions of the firm, particularly in the provision of a new high quality service, and to develop new business.
- Grow the audit team through recruitment, mentorship and professional development.
- Oversee the delivery of the audit function including expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
- Act as Responsible Individual on new engagements.
Personal Requirements
- ACA/ ACCA qualified with RI status.
- Technically extensive audit experience.
- Proficient with Iris, BrightPay and Staffology.
- Proven leadership capability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
