A leading accountancy firm are seeking to hire into their audit team for an Audit Semi Senior / Senior / Assistant Manager role in Cambridge.

As a Semi Senior, Senior, or Assistant Manager, you will take responsibility for the following areas, with task complexity adjusted based on your experience:.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling accounts and preparing tax calculations (about 30% of your role).
  • Organizing audit engagements and supervising onsite teams (approximately 70% of your role). 
  • Addressing client queries, escalating more intricate issues to a manager or partner as needed.
  • Reviewing the work of team members prior to forwarding the completed file to the manager.
  • Mentoring junior staff and providing feedback on their work quality and performance.
  • Monitoring assignment progress to ensure alignment with the allocated budget.
