About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Auditor/Examiner to join our team in a busy, demanding, and varied role. You will be responsible for auditing, examining, and assessing across various locations in the UK and Ireland, specifically covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk. Some work can be completed from home, but the role involves extensive travel, including occasional overnight stays (sometimes on Sunday evenings).

Your schedule will be determined by our head office team, ensuring tasks are aligned with business needs. You may be required to work additional hours beyond the standard 37.5 hours per week without extra remuneration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and advice to customers on material handling equipment (MHE) training and safety.
Arrange and conduct LGV Exam Centre audits, offering guidance/advice on LGV training and safety.
Examine and assess candidates who have completed MHE instructor/assessor qualification courses.
Conduct LGV instructor exams.
Ensure all reports and assessment evidence are high quality and recorded accurately.
Audit client accredited organisations, ensuring compliance with clients guidance and criteria, and upholding all published standards.
Attend team standardisation meetings.
Undertake relevant continuous professional development.
Maintain safe systems of work at all times.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Lift truck instructor qualification (current or expired from RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, NPORS, or LANTRA).
Current C+E LGV Licence.
Effective communication skills.
A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

LGV Instructor qualification (current or expired from DVSA, RTITB, NVDIR, NRI).
ISO9001 Lead Auditor qualification (or equivalent).
5+ years experience delivering LGV or MHE training.
ADI qualification.
Training & Development:
Full training will be provided for this role, and a tailored training agreement may be offered based on prior experience and qualifications.
