Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading commercial contractor in Cambridge to find an experienced Estimator. This is an opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team with a competitive salary of up to 65,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

The Role:

As aEstimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate pricing, budgeting, and cost control for projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess project requirements.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and subcontractor pricing.
• Collaborating with clients, architects, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Providing financial updates and reports to ensure project profitability.
