We are delighted to be partnering once again with a leading not for profit organisation based on the outskirts of Cambridge as they seek to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team. This role has become available due to an internal promotion, and within this role, you will report into the Senior Financial Accountant. This role is perfect for someone who wants flexible and hybrid working. You will be required to be in the office 3 days per week during probation and after passing, once per week. As the incoming Finance Administrator, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:- Creating and management of new suppliers- Processing payment runs- Processing employee and company expenses- Assisting with processing supplier statements- Assisting with year end audit- Additional ad hoc duties as requiredAs the successful candidate, you will have some prior experience working within a finance role, and ideally be studying your AAT or equivalent qualification. You will also have experience using finance systems and excel. Other attributes you will possess include:- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work colloaboratively- Keen to learn and develop furtherThis role is an amazing opportunity to work in a business that prides itself on it's culture.
