Financial Controller - part time

A charity with an extensive local history and based in a beautiful location on the outskirts of  South Cambridge are currently looking to recruit a part time Financial Controller to join their team. Culture and creativity are at the forefront of what they do and they are looking for somebody that shares their values, this role will be 3-4 days a week based in their beautiful surroundings. Reporting into the Managing Director this position will mentor an Assistant Accountant and will take responsibility for the following - - Producing the monthly management accounts for 3 entities- Produce profit and margin reports- Support the development of the Assistant Accountant- Produce year end accounts to trial balance- Review and approve statutory accounts for 3 entities- Complete and submit the quarterly VAT return- Compile and deliver financial reports for monthly management meetings- Produce annual P11D returns- Manage PAYE payments to HMRCYou must be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with proven experience in the above mentioned duties, you must have an excellent knowledge of Excel and ideally used Sage 200 or a similar system. If you would like to discuss this position further please call Kathryn at Pure Cambridge or apply below.
