Our client, a fast-paced retail company, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:* Manage a team of 3* Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and drive decision-making* Lead commercial budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes* Develop and improve business models and financial reporting* Create scenario models and offer clear recommendations* Collaborate with Marketing to improve ROI reporting* Support the development and implementation of new financial systems* Lead the automation of regular reports and development of business intelligence tools* Attend and contribute to key business meetings as a finance representative* Manage costing processes and pricing for commodity fluctuations* Develop financial acumen within the team and among non-financial colleagues

Required Skills and Attributes:* Strong leadership and people management experience* Excellent project management and process improvement skills* Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Exceptional communication and presentation skills* Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels* Strategic thinking and innovative approach to financial management* Self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset* Experience in continuous improvement methodologies* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative approach* Experience in a fast paced Finance enviroment
