Are you a Financial Controller who wants to still be hands on in a growing business and wants to develop a small team while working closely with the Managing Director and providing important financial insights and information to determine future growth of the business?

In this role you will provide all the financial management and reporting, accounts and compliance, oversee the credit control as well as budgeting and forecasts while maintaining and improving the internal controls and developing the small team reporting into you.

The ideal candidate is a ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified financial controller who has a number of years operating at this level, has managed a team, is happy to be hands on in their approach while contributing to the strategic elements of the business decisions.

THE ROLE:

  • Financial Management & Reporting
  • Manage accounting
  • Produce monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and forecast vs. actual results.

THE PERSON:

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
  • Worked at Financial Controller level for number years
  • Accounting Software and Excel knowledge
  • Commutable to north Cambridge within 1 hour
