FP&A Accountant | Exciting Growth Opportunity | High-Impact Role

About the Company:

The ONE Group have partnered exclusively with a high-growth, PE-backed business that has recently secured millions in investment and is expanding into the US market. With a strong leadership team in place, including a highly experienced CFO, the company is now looking for a sharp, commercially minded FP&A Accountant to play a critical role in setting up and managing the new US entity.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll drive the financial consolidation and setup of the US entity while ensuring strong financial controls, reporting, and commercial insight. The role will evolve into day-to-day financial management of the entity, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

The Responsibilities:

  • US Entity Setup & Consolidation - Lead the setup of the US entity, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting & Controls - Oversee audit, consolidation, SOX controls, tax pricing and year-end processes.
  • FP&A & Commercial Insight - Provide budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support, ensuring the leadership team has clear financial visibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement -lead on strategic financial decision-making, reporting into the CFO.
  • Process Improvement - Drive efficiencies, challenge processes, and implement financial best practices.

The Ideal Profile

  • Technical Financial Expertise - Strong financial accounting background with FP&A skills. Experience in US GAAP/SOX controls is a plus.
  • Commercially & Analytically Driven - Someone who asks "why?" and "how?", providing real insights beyond the numbers.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset - A problem solver with a solution-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Self-Starter & Leader - Needs to be self-sufficient, able to lead Jo in the team, and operate with confidence in a fast-moving environment.
  • Tech & Start-Up Background Preferred - Someone used to growth environments, implementing structure, and scaling finance functions.
