NXTGEN is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a leading client of ours on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role supports the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager by providing management accounting support, financial analysis, and contributing to the annual planning process. The Management Accountant will work closely with the Group R&D function, handling month-end routines and project accounting, with opportunities to collaborate globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain monthly Group financial results and reports for senior management.
  • Support the annual and 3-year planning processes, including maintaining and updating product cost models.
  • Provide financial analysis and business modeling to aid performance evaluation.
  • Act as a key business partner to the Group R&D function, managing project accounting and month-end routines.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to the Group R&D team, including forecasts for operating and capital expenses.
  • Assist with external audit requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates will be CIMA/ACCA qualified, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a proactive, collaborative environment. Experience in a similar role is required as well as being available to start in October.

The salary on offer is 55,000 - 65,000 depending on experience.
