- Delivering all aspects of the college's management accounting including variance analysis, cost and cashflow management, and providing accurate financial information to support the FD's strategic financial responsibilities.
- Finance business partnering to produce budgets and forecasts
- Liaising with and training non - financial people to understand key metrics and their business impact.
- Simplifying processes where needed.
- Leading the financial transactional processing including reviewing the work of the finance team, ensuring journals have been posted correctly. This area covers management of income, student billings, cashbook and accounts payable functions.
- Managing and mentoring the team.
