The Management Accountant role is crucial within the finance team, focusing on financial operations and management reporting.
Candidates should be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven management accounting experience, particularly in fast-paced environments.
The position offers a salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience, along with a performance bonus and additional benefits.
The role also includes overseeing junior team members and supporting the Financial Controller with various projects in a dynamic work environment.

Our ClientA well-established Life Science business with an international presence, known for its innovative approach and industry-leading expertise. The RoleThis Management Accountant role is a key hire within the finance team, playing a pivotal role in day-to-day financial operations and end-to-end management reporting. The successful candidate will also support the Financial Controller and contribute to system and process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of management accounts
Cash flow forecasting and analysis
Year-end audit and statutory accounts reporting
Overseeing two junior team members
Implementing and improving finance processes
Supporting the Financial Controller/CFO with ad hoc projects

The Successful Candidate

Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Proven experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment
Strong technical finance knowledge and commercial awareness
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
