Description

Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into business performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Balance Sheet Management: Oversee balance sheet integrity, focusing on Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) processes, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations (SOx).

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Fixed Asset Management: Manage the creation and maintenance of fixed assets and capital projects, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.

Indirect Tax Compliance: Prepare VAT returns for UK and Netherlands entities, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization within the finance function.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance Business Partners, Tax, and Treasury teams, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Profile

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.

Proven experience in management accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting within a corporate environment.

Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and balance sheet management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
