As part of the finance team, you will play a key role within the finance team. You will be tasked with the following duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee the purchase ledger function, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and supplier queries.
- Process and reconcile month-end journals, including prepayments and accruals.
- Assist with payroll reporting, staff expenses, and verifying bank detail changes.
- Provide finance support to internal teams, including purchase orders, training, and petty cash management.
