Our client, based in South Cambridgeshire, is looking for a Service Administrator to join their growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity; the Service Administrator will be a key contact to customers, building relationships and communicating with all departments across the company. This is a full time, office-based role. The role is incredibly varied with a number of responsibilities including:

  • Managing service contracts
  • Coordinating shipping and paperwork
  • Credit notes
  • Annual Service Contracts
  • Supporting the Senior Service Administrator and Service Manager
  • Checking stock deliveries; Good In/Goods Out
  • Customer Service: one to one customer interaction, phone and emails
  • Monitoring of equipment calibration and service dates.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in dealing with customers and building a rapport.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage your own workload.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Process driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft platforms (training will be supplied for our internal systems).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability and confidence to work without supervision.
  • A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
