Our client, based in South Cambridgeshire, is looking for a Service Administrator to join their growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity; the Service Administrator will be a key contact to customers, building relationships and communicating with all departments across the company. This is a full time, office-based role. The role is incredibly varied with a number of responsibilities including:
- Managing service contracts
- Coordinating shipping and paperwork
- Credit notes
- Annual Service Contracts
- Supporting the Senior Service Administrator and Service Manager
- Checking stock deliveries; Good In/Goods Out
- Customer Service: one to one customer interaction, phone and emails
- Monitoring of equipment calibration and service dates.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in dealing with customers and building a rapport.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage your own workload.
- Previous administration experience.
- Process driven.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft platforms (training will be supplied for our internal systems).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability and confidence to work without supervision.
- A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
